Bookings
Bookings may be made online or via phone/WhatsApp. We confirm the slot after reviewing location access and scope. For large jobs, a site visit may be required.
Pricing & Payment
- Quoted rates include GST unless specified.
- Parking or society access charges are additional at cost.
- We accept UPI, cards, and bank transfers through approved gateways.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Free reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment.
- Late cancellations (under 12 hours) may incur a 25% fee.
- Monsoon delays: we keep you informed and adjust schedules where needed.
Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises. Valuables should be stored securely. Our teams are trained to avoid hazards and will escalate any concerns.
Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a targeted re‑clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.
Limitations
We do not undertake structural repairs, pest control, or activities requiring electrical or plumbing licenses. Stained or damaged items may not fully restore despite best efforts.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
